Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at getatherio.com (the “Site”) operated by Atherio Ltd (“Atherio”, “we”, “us”, “our”), company number 16434061, registered at C/O RPGCC, 40 Gracechurch Street, London, England, EC3V 0BT.

Use of the Atherio platform itself (the “Service”) by a customer organisation is governed by a separate written agreement (the “Master Services Agreement” or order form) between that organisation and Atherio. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and that agreement in respect of the Service, the agreement prevails. These Terms primarily govern general visitors to the Site.

By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; scrape, copy, or harvest content except as permitted; introduce malicious code; or use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others or breaches applicable law.

4. Accounts

Some areas (e.g. customer login) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the “Atherio” name and brand, software, and design, is owned by or licensed to Atherio and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for your own informational use. No other rights are granted.

6. The Service and coaching guidance

The Service and any coaching content, nudges, insights, or guidance are provided for professional development purposes. They are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, HR, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. Atherio does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or return on investment, and any ROI illustrations (including any ROI calculator) are estimates based on assumptions, not promises.

7. Third-party links and integrations

The Site and Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example Microsoft 365, Slack, HRIS, and CRM systems). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of integrated services is subject to their own terms.

8. Newsletter and communications

If you subscribe to our weekly newsletter, you consent to receiving emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited to £100. (Liability in respect of the Service is addressed in the relevant customer agreement.)

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site (or parts of it) and may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted here with the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
